Program Info Workshop & Business Idea Tips
The Program Info Workshop will be held in July & August and where we go through details about the program including the timeline, selection criteria, and a lot of reasons to apply! The sessions will be live but if you are unable to join, we will have a recorded session for you to watch.
Skills Lab 1 : Generating a New Business Idea through Creative Ideation
The Ideation & Creativity Workshop Part 1 will focus on how to generate a business idea, we will share tips, tricks, and tools on how to get to an idea that you are passionate about! If you want a copy of the presentation we used, please send us an email.
- How you can use creative ideation techniques to identify potential business ideas,
- How to create problem statements conduct effective brainstorming sessions
- How to create a solution statement for your idea and articulate it in 10 seconds
Skills Lab 2 : How to validate your idea
So you have a very interesting problem you would like to solve for customers and a new business idea as a solution. In this workshop, we will look at validation techniques in order to find out whether your business is viable in the market
In Skills Lab 2, you will learn:
- How to identify your customer segments
- How to ask unbiased questions
- How to interpret data into meaningful insights
Info Session with Cambridge University
This year, Sumitomo Corporation and L Marks have partnered with Cambridge University Judge Business School to provide exclusive workshops on entrepreneurial topics during the Program Live phase to teams that make it through. In this session which is open to all employees in the Americas region, the professors will explain what to expect in those workshops and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
